Strawberry Chard Smoothie Bowl

Lately I've been getting a bit obsessed with smoothie bowls. They're super easy and a great way to get in some leafy greens. My kids have been loving them too and it's easy to add more of your favorite toppings: fruit, nuts, seeds, granola. I have to admit I did have to convince my 4 year old on eating a green smoothie. It's a bit hard to convince a 4 year old girl that a green smoothie is just as tasty as a pink smoothie, but we finally got over that hurdle and now she's been requesting green smoothies! *victory dance*


  • 2 ripe frozen bananas
  • 1 cup frozenĀ strawberries
  • 1 cupĀ frozen mango
  • 2 extra large handfuls rainbow chard
  • 1 cup apple juice


  • Blend everything in food processor until smooth
  • Add favorite toppings and serve
