Soy Sauce Substitute

A soy free soy sauce with nutrient rich bone broth and flavorful spices makes replacing soy in your diet so much easier.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup bone broth
  • 4 teaspoons Bragg’s apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon unsulphured molasses
  • Pinch garlic powder
  • Pinch ginger powder
  • Pinch pepper
  • Sea salt to taste

Steps

  • Combine all ingredients in medium sauce pan over medium heat
  • Bring to gentle boil
  • Stir occasionally for 10 – 15 minutesĀ 
  • Use as you would regular soy sauce
  • This will keep in the fridge in an air tight container for 1 week
