Roasted Brussel Sprouts
We've been inspired by St. Patrick's Day this month, every week a new green recipe! This one is a simple and healthy side to complete any meal.
- 1.5 – 2 pounds brussel sprouts (~4 cups)
- 1/4 cup oil/fat of choice
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 400ºF
- Toss all ingredients together and spread evenly on cookie sheet
- Put in oven for 15 minutes, flip and leave for another 5-10 minutes or until tender
