Roasted Brussel Sprouts

We've been inspired by St. Patrick's Day this month, every week a new green recipe! This one is a simple and healthy side to complete any meal.
Corn Free
Dairy Free
Egg Free
Gluten Free
Nut Free
Soy Free


  • 1.5 – 2 pounds brussel sprouts (~4 cups)
  • 1/4 cup oil/fat of choice
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste


  • Preheat oven to 400ºF
  • Toss all ingredients together and spread evenly on cookie sheet
  • Put in oven for 15 minutes, flip and leave for another 5-10 minutes or until tender
