I love this meal. It's just one of those cozy, homey meals. And what's great is it's so easy to make and it's a great way to use leftover quinoa. I used to love oatmeal and cream of wheat growing up, but since finding out that my body just doesn't like oats or wheat I thought I'd have to live without a nice warm breakfast "cereal". So I'm SO happy this is an option. It's amazing what things you can figure out when you put your mind to it! I love how you it can be changed up too, you can use any sweetener, seasoning, dried fruit, nuts or toppings. Like here I used fresh berries, but I think some nut butter and hemp seeds with dried apples would be great too. Use your imagination and find the combo that you love.
