Adds some great color to a holiday table.
- 2 fuji apples, cut in quarters with core/seeds removed
- 3 black plums, cut in half with pits removed
- Maple syrup to taste
- Cinnamon to taste (optional)
- Roast apples and plums skin side down at 350ºF for 30-40 minutes of until they look like they’re bursting
- Remove from oven and blend in food processor with cinnamon and maple syrup
- Serve warm or cold, we like it warm
