Pineapple Kale Smoothie

My sister makes some of the best smoothies and lucky for us she likes to share!

Corn Free
Dairy Free
Gluten Free

Ingredients

  • 1 cup favorite milk alternative
  • 1 cup favorite milk alternative, fruit juice, vegetable juice or water
  • Handful of kale
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup pineapple
  • 1-3 medjool dates
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Steps

  • Mix everything together in a blender until smooth
  • Tip: if you don’t have a fancy blender like a Vitamix or Ninja it’s easier (and creamier) to blend all the ingredients¬†except the kale and spinach first until smooth then add the spinach and kale and blend until smooth.¬†
