Pineapple Kale Smoothie
My sister makes some of the best smoothies and lucky for us she likes to share!
- 1 cup favorite milk alternative
- 1 cup favorite milk alternative, fruit juice, vegetable juice or water
- Handful of kale
- 2 cups spinach
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1/2 cup pineapple
- 1-3 medjool dates
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- Mix everything together in a blender until smooth
- Tip: if you don’t have a fancy blender like a Vitamix or Ninja it’s easier (and creamier) to blend all the ingredients except the kale and spinach first until smooth then add the spinach and kale and blend until smooth.
