Making a great party dip with a veggie.
- 1 head of cauliflower, chopped (6-7 cups)
- 4-6 tablespoons tahini or nut butter
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- Juice of half a lemon
- Sea salt/pepper to taste
- Additional spices to taste (optional): cayenne, paprika, cumin, etc.
- Steam cauliflower on stovetop 10-15 minutes or until tender
- Combine all ingredients in food processor until it reaches desired consistency
- Chill in fridge for an hour before serving
