Mango Salsa

This salsa is so tastes so fresh and is a great addition to grilled chicken, sautéed fish, or your favorite crackers.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups roma tomatoes, de-skinned and de-seeded and diced
  • 1 1/2 cup mango, diced
  • 2/3 cup white onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt or to taste
  • Fresh lime juice to taste
  • 1-2 garlic cloves (optional to add more kick)

Steps

  • Mix all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl 
  • Will keep in air tight container in the fridge for a couple days
