Homemade Hazelnut Milk

This is a fun milk alternative to try this year and don't forget to save the pulp to make crackers!
Coconut Free
Corn Free
Dairy Free
Gluten Free
Soy Free
Sugar Free


  • 2 cups raw Hazelnuts, soaked for 8 – 12 hours or overnight
  • 4 cups water
  • optional sweeteners: dates, vanilla bean, maple syrup, raw honey


  • Blend hazelnuts with water for a couple minutes
  • Pour milk through nut milk bag or cheese cloth into large mixing bowl
  • Squeeze all excess milk out of nut milk bag as possible
  • Store in fridge and use as you would store bought milk
