Garden Burgers

I love to sneak veggies into my family's diet anyway I can, and these definitely do the trick!
Corn Free
Dairy Free
Egg Free
Gluten Free
Nut Free
Soy Free


  • 1-1.5 pounds ground white turkey
  • 2-3 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup leek, diced (1/4 leek)
  •  3/4 cup yellow onion, diced (1/2 onion)
  • 1/4 cup celery, diced (1 celery stalk)
  •  4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Sea salt/pepper to taste
  • 3-4 tablespoons oil/fat


  • In skillet sauté leek, onion and celery in oil/fat for 10 minutes on low-medium heat
  • Add spinach, parsley and garlic and sauté another 5 minutes
  • In a large mixing bowl combine uncooked ground turkey and spinach mixture, add salt pepper to taste
  • Form into 4 large patties
  • Lightly grease the bottom of a large frying pan and put on low-medium heat
  • Cook patties in frying pan, covered, 5-8 minutes each side
  • Serve with some fresh toppings and our homemade mayo or mustard
