Dijon Mustard

This is so easy and delicious, every time I make it I wonder why I ever bought it!
Coconut Free
Corn Free
Dairy Free
Egg Free
Gluten Free
Soy Free


  • 3 tablespoons yellow mustard seeds
  • 2 ½ tablespoons brown mustard seeds
  • ⅓ cup filtered water
  • ⅓ cup fresh lemon juice
  • Pinch of sea salt


  • Combine all ingredients, except sea salt, in a mason jar and leave in the fridge for 2-3 days
  • Add sea salt then blend in food processor until desired consistency
  • Leave it in the fridge for another 1-2 days for the flavor to mellow out
  • Use as you would store bought mustard
