Cranberry Sauce

I absolutely LOVE cranberry sauce! I think my dad and I were the only ones who really even ate it on Thanksgiving, but that just meant more for us!
Coconut Free
Corn Free
Dairy Free
Gluten Free
Soy Free
Sugar Free


  • 12 ounces frozen cranberries
  • 1/8 – 1/4 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/4 cup fresh grapefruit juice or to taste
  • 5 – 6 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • pinch of sea salt
  • pinch of ground cloves (optional)


  • Bring cranberries, water and honey to boil on stove top
  • Turn down heat add lemon zest, grapefruit juice, sea salt and ground cloves 
  • Simmer and stir occassionally for 5-7 minutes
