Cashew Whip Cream
A perfect sweet treat for dessert or breakfast that even my three year old loves!
- 1 cup raw cashews, soaked 4-6 hours
- 1/4 filtered water
- 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup, grade B
- Seeds from 1/2 vanilla bean (optional)
- Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth
- Leave in fridge for at least 1-2 hours before serving
