Cashew Whip Cream

A perfect sweet treat for dessert or breakfast that even my three year old loves!
Coconut Free
Corn Free
Dairy Free
Egg Free
Gluten Free
Soy Free


  • 1 cup raw cashews, soaked 4-6 hours
  • 1/4 filtered water
  • 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup, grade B
  • Seeds from 1/2 vanilla bean (optional)


  • CombineĀ all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth
  • Leave in fridge for at least 1-2 hours before serving
