Blackberry Jam

We love a good tart blackberry jam and this one fits the bill!
Coconut Free
Corn Free
Dairy Free
Gluten Free
Nut Free
Soy Free


    • 2 heaping cups blackberries
    • 1/2 cup water
    • Juice from 1/2 – 1 lemon
    • 1-2 tablespoons honey or keep it vegan and use agave or maple syrup (try our favorite raw honey Y.S. Eco Bee Farms Raw Honey – 22 oz)


  • In a medium saucepan bring blackberries, water and lemon juice to a boil over medium heat, then mash
  • Add honey and boil another 5 minutes
  • Simmer over low heat until jam thickens, 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally
  • Can check if jam is done by:
    • Jam reaches 220ºF on a candy thermometer 
    • Test consistency by putting in the freezer for a couple minutes on a glass plate
