This was actually the first green smoothie I ever made. I have to admit the first time I made it I didn't think I'd like it. I thought it was going to be one of those food situations where I just chug it down because it's good for me. I think it was during the time that my husband and I went on a completely raw diet so we were already in the adventurous spirit. It turned out that I liked it so much it's become one of my go-to smoothies. One of the best things about this smoothie is how easy it is to change up. I love mixing it up by adding other leafy greens, frozen fruits, juices or seeds.
2 frozen banana
