As mush as I love a good green smoothie sometimes I feel like I just need a smoothie that tastes more like dessert. I love the rich flavor that a good nut butter can add to a smoothie. To make things even better unless you were to drink this all the time it's actually a completely healthy smoothie option. Don't you love when healthy options feel like you're not eating something "healthy"? I do! :D
Ingredients
- 2 cups favorite milk alternative, try our homemade hemp seed milk
- 3 – 3 1/2 frozen bananas
- 1/2 cup favorite nut butter
- Raw cacao powder to taste (optional)
Steps
- Combine all the ingredients in blender
- Mix until smooth
