Baked Sweet Potato Fries

We love these, try them with some homemade mayo!

Ingredients

  • 2 large sweet potatoes/yams, peeled and sliced
  • 4-6 tablespoons oil/fat
  • Nutritional yeast to taste
  • Salt/pepper to taste

Steps

  • Preheat oven to 425ºF
  • Toss yams and oil/fat together in large mixing bowl
  • Spread yam slices evenly out on baking sheet
  • Season with salt, pepper and nutritional yeast
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until tender
  • Serve warm and maybe even with some homemade mayo
