Apple Bacon Wraps

We love apples! So this month we'll be posting a different apple recipe each week!

Ingredients

  • 2 apples, cored and sliced
  • 2 thin slices pork belly, halved
  • Sea salt/pepper to taste
  • Dried thyme to taste (optional)

Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF
  • Rub pork belly slices with salt, pepper and thyme
  • Wrap pork belly slices around apple slices and secure with toothpicks
  • Bake for 15-17 minutes
